At L’Onglerie Bohème, we want every massage treatment to be a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. To secure your booking, a £10 deposit is required, with the remaining balance due after your treatment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being retained. Please note that a travel fee may apply for locations outside our main mobile service area.
Clients are kindly asked to ensure that the treatment area is clean, warm, quiet, and has sufficient space for the massage table and equipment. Unsuitable conditions may result in a cancellation fee.
For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if you show signs of illness, infection, or any contraindications to massage. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy, as a consultation form is required before your first appointment.
Aftercare advice will be provided to help you gain the most benefit from your massage and support your overall wellbeing, though individual results may vary.
