At L’Onglerie Bohème, we aim to provide every facial treatment as a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience, just like our luxury nails at your door service. To secure your booking, a £10 deposit is required, with the remaining balance due after your treatment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being retained. A travel fee may apply for locations outside our main mobile nail services area.
Clients are kindly asked to ensure that the treatment area is clean, warm, quiet, and has sufficient space for the massage table and equipment. Unsuitable conditions may result in a cancellation fee.
For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if you show signs of illness, infection, or any contraindications to facial treatments. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, as a consultation form is required before your first appointment.
